This position will be located in Virginia Beach, VA supporting our Fleet Sustainment Group (FSG). The Manager Business Management 2 will be the lead FSG Financial Planning and Analysis Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the Annual Operating Plan and financial forecasts on a monthly basis. The successful candidate will report directly to the FSG Director of Business Management.#LI-AK1 *MV *EPWhat You Will DoResponsible for directing financial policies and compliance activities essential to the success of FSG. Responsible for a wide variety of detailed financial activities within each Business Unit.Lead the development and execution of the annual operating plan, including detailed builds of the Facility, Capital Asset, and Overhead budgets.Assist in internal and external audit activities as required and compliance to SOX narratives.Prepares or reviews account reconciliations and Journal Entries on a monthly basis.Responsible for the maintenance of indirect rates in Costpoint and proper setup of all rate and service center pools.Responsible for the development and analysis of indirect rates, including submitting all rate approval requests to DCAA.Support and lead a number of monthly financial packages presented to leadership.Will serve as main interface with the TSD FPandA group and support monthly financial data requests as required.Analysis of Trial Balance and Financial Statements.Assist on special projects as needed. Ensures the optimization of company assets, capital spending and structure, rate and pricing structures, and merger and acquisition activities as they relate to FSG.Leads the budgeting and planning, results reporting and analysis, and financial reporting activities of the operation on periodic, quarterly, and annual basis.
