We are looking for Production Maintenance Technician - Mechatronic 2 nd Shift. This position will be based at Grand Prairie.
You will make an impact by:
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs quickly and safely to prevent any impacts to production operations
Install, repair, and maintain electrical components, such as motors, switches, pneumatic valves, control panels, & computer equipment.
Assemble, wire, and test new equipment according to engineering specifications
Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure cleanliness, optimal performance, and minimize downtime
Collaborate with production personnel to address reported issues & provide training or instruction as needed
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance activities.

Basic Qualifications:
Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints & use necessary hand tools and diagnostic equipment
Desire to work hands-on in a fast-paced light manufacturing environment & physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Schedule flexibility to work off-hours & weekends as needed to support production
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
Experience with Windows PC environment & familiarity with networking concepts.
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures such as Lock Out Tag Out
Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in maintenance.
