Summary
The Retail Merchandising Lead (RML) is a full-time position responsible for supporting and maintaining various aspects of merchandising activity in approximately 10-15 retail locations. This includes but is not limited to setting planograms, fixture assembly, display set-up, product stocking, shelf label/shelf strip placement, inventory and out-of-stock reporting, and all other duties as assigned. The Retail Merchandising Lead will be responsible for supervising and directing other merchandising employees and external laborers when working in a team environment including training, quality assurance, timekeeping, and reporting.
Job Requirements
Essential Duties
Complete all assigned merchandising projects within a specific set of retail locations on a daily/weekly basis
Build, maintain, and promote a strong working relationship with retail store management and clients
Manage and report hours worked for hourly merchandising employees and external laborers within the online time-keeping utility
Submit all work orders and photos in a complete manner using the Driveline reporting app
Complete the sign-off form with a member of the store management at the completion of each working day
Observe and follow safety procedures
Assist other territories with merchandising projects as needed
Communicate with the assigned District Manager on a regular basis regarding issues and opportunities
Maintain a positive attitude and working environment with all employees and clients
Ensure all projects are completed on time and with a high level of quality
Other tasks and duties that may arise to meet Driveline's business needs
