About the Role
This role supports the growth and profitability in the Online channel - through a focus on managing available inventory on site and providing analytic insight to current business trend.
Uses a data driven approach to influence and recommend action plans that maximizes customer conversion and GM$'s down to individual Style level.
This work requires strong analytical and story-telling skills, the ability to build close partnerships with other functions, and a focus on supporting best in class customer experience while delivering / exceeding financial targets.
What You'll Do
Weekly review of inbound New Flow SKUs - identifying styles at risk of missing planned launch dates. Create rolling action plans that mitigate Demand / GM $'s impact.
Manage Backorder functionality for New Flow products - identifying styles to turn off and on each week as needed - to maximize Demand / GM$'s potential.
Monitor inventory position on Marketed / Featured SKUs - Clearly communicate styles at risk of selling out ahead of planned exit date. Create rolling action plans with business partners to mitigate.
Cascade pre-season Division / Department plans to cross functional team - ensure that in-season actions support the financial plan.
Manage and support Weekly / Daily Reporting and Ad-Hoc Analysis activities as needed.
Partner with cross functional team to QA live site - and identify / resolve open issues.
Support ad-hoc milestone activities as needed (ie Reporting Hindsight / Aged Inventory Review).
Provide support to Site Merch team in managing Special Projects & New Businesses (Strategy / Tracking / Site Merchandising).
Deputize for Sr Director as needed.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Analytic Skills: Ability to think objectively and interpret meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative data
Financial and Business Acumen: Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results.
Problem Solving: Able to use rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions
Systems and Tools Acumen: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, aptitude to learn technical applications quickly
