The Opportunity:
CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed SharePoint Administrator. This position supports a Department of Defense (DoD) organization located in High Point, NC.
The Network Integration Solution division seeks a SharePoint Administrator to oversee the SharePoint application across projects/programs in the division portfolio. Additionally, they will maintain the development lab SharePoint.
This position requires experience creating and managing SharePoint out-of-the-box apps or collaborative tools including lists, document/form libraries, discussion boards, surveys, calendars, etc. and seamlessly integrating SharePoint with other products. They will establish site access and governance following customer security rules. The SharePoint Administrator will monitor site usage and verify the functionality of site workflows and tasks. They may assist with user functionality testing, and report test results to KM product developers.
Candidates need excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as experience with system hardware, software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity. They must be customer service-oriented and proactive in anticipating and resolving problems while maximizing efficient use of resources.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate must communicate clearly and succinctly, both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users.
Conduct user training, provide status briefs, develop, update, and maintain SOPs and operational guides on SharePoint systems. Provide initial troubleshooting.
You will support the development and administration of sites, libraries, and SharePoint portals. You will additionally be collaborating with an interdepartmental team to develop or enhance data strategies, systems, processes, and initiatives intended to help the command manage mission-critical information and achieve strategic objectives and tactical requirements through improved data capture, creation, preservation, assessment, and access and distribution.
Additionally, you will perform the duties and functions of the Microsoft SharePoint site administrator, which include, but are not limited to, developing and presenting briefings in support of SharePoint, data management, and process requirements and initiatives for senior audiences; creating and maintaining documentation (How-to) that provide step-by-step instructions to site users; manage SharePoint user permissions - restrict and revoke access are required; create, leverage, and manage content types, site columns, lookups and templates for re-use in sites; create and manage workflows to automate processes.
Additionally, the SharePoint Administrator will provide remote support and/or travel to customer sites as required.
The SharePoint Administrator will assist with the implementation of CACI's OneScope portal to establish contract information to be stored and communicated with the customer, CACI, the client, and the Contract Office.
The SharePoint Administrator will interface with the CACI OneScope POC to generate the portals and work with end users to ensure the appropriate data is entered.

Power Apps & Power Automate
SharePoint Online
Proficient working knowledge of MS SharePoint and Excel.
Support the development and administration of sites, libraries, and SharePoint portals.
Develop or enhance data strategies, systems, processes, and initiatives intended to help manage critical information.
Improved data capture, creation, preservation, assessment, and access and distribution
BA/BS + 7 years recent specialized or AA/AS +9 years recent specialized or HS + 11 years recent specialized experience.
Currently hold or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
Desired:
Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) certification
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
CompTIA Security + certification (IAT Level II or greater)
ITIL v3 - Foundation
Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards
Experience with DoD IT security requirements
Experience with DevOps and Agile methodology
Two+ years' experience with SQL
Customer facing, translating their requirements into system requirements.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$70,900 - $148,900
