The Task Lead candidate will have knowledge of the agile development life cycle. This position requires the candidate to be able to interact and communicate externally with our clients as well as internally within the team. We are seeking candidates with substantial customer engagement experience, and project/product management.
A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:
Gather and shape requirements.
Manage and groom a product backlog.
Maintain customer engagement.
Set development scrum team priorities.
Ensure that all issues comply with the program CM Plan.
Effectively communicate with client and internal team.
Apply appropriate technical, industry, and functional knowledge to all work efforts.
Accomplish assigned tasks by specified due date.
Identify problems and alert supervisors with sufficient lead time to avert potential crises.
Identify changes in scope or work effort that could result in budgetary overrun or the missing of delivery dates.
Operate independently - as appropriate - and work cooperatively as part of a team to accomplish the goals of the program and the client.
Interact effectively with client personnel, includes both project team members and users.
Report time into the time reporting systems in an accurate and timely manner consistent with project guidelines.
Continually broaden technical, functional, and industry skill base.
Perform the migration of data from legacy systems to new system.
Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve migrated/mapped data.
Security Clearance Requirement:
Active/current Top Secret, SCI Polygraph is required.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in information technology or client services industry.
Strong client facing skills and ability to interact at a high level with client leadership.
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
Experience with data modeling, data integration, and data warehousing.
Experience with analyzing and extracting key data and information to meet an organization's information system needs and requirements.
Experience in data validation and cleaning to ensure the quality and integrity of data.
Experience with ETL.
Experience with SQL.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
SAFe PO/PM or other PO certification and prior experience with Agile methodologies.
Experience using Agile Project Management tools, such as Jira.
Experience supporting HR applications.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) certification.
Ability to execute projects and tasks with minimal guidance and supervision.
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
Possession of excellent data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with business & data system requirements (understanding and implementing).
Knowledge of PeopleSoft.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$94,400 - $198,300
