The eCommerce Coordinator is responsible for assisting and executing day-to-day activities across the eCommerce Organization. This role will primarily focus on in-season GTM activations while supporting Site Merchandising, Content, and overall business needs. They are a key collaborator across functional teams such as: buying, planning, marketing and creative to ensure that the assortment and storytelling will drive brand priorities as well as digital strategies to achieve overall financial goals. This role will support multiple brands across the Liberated Portfolio such as Volcom, RVCA, Billabong, Quiksilver & Roxy. At Liberated, we believe our own digital presence should strive to be the best representation of the brand while putting the consumer at the forefront of everything we do.
The primary focuses of this role include but are not limited to:
Responsibility of Product Launch Execution with cross-functional teams through the entire cycle with additional support to assist in merchandising on site, scheduling launches/promotions, and ensuring content is ready for upload for site flips.
Coordination of product copy, facets/attributes, formatting data, and tagging products in Shopify to support general merchandising team.
Ownership of organizing and pulling / refreshing data to prep weekly and monthly reporting via Full Circle, Google Analytics, or other reporting platforms.
Contribute to overall Financial Responsibility of North America Financial Targets
Strong communication with all cross-functional teams for effective management of all projects to hit deadlines.
Sample Management on a seasonal cadence in preparation for photoshoots with support in studio when needed.
Collaboration on Creative Brief support, setting up tasks/subtasks, and following through until completion.
Routine tracking and documentation of competitors storytelling and promotional activity
Assistance with Site Merchandising, Personalization & Storytelling
Opportunity to learn about Weekly, Monthly & Seasonal Reporting as well as Digital Business KPI's
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
A formal education and degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience, background, and willingness to learn.
The eCommerce Coordinator we're looking for is highly organized, detail oriented and an incredibly curious individual who can collaborate with different teams in a digital world, they are looking to learn and grow within the digital direct-to-consumer business.
1-2 years of Work Experience
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects with ease.
Excellent communicator with strong analytical skillset
Ability to Strategize and Prioritize demands with shifts in Business.
Knowledge of Shopify, Full Circle, Asana, Google Analytics, and other G Suite or Microsoft tools a plus
Curious and willingness to learn about how a website runs, business KPI's and consumer behaviors.
Understanding or Interest of Apparel, Fashion and/or Action Sports Market and Trends

Liberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Costa Mesa, CA is $24.00 - $28.00. This position is Hybrid and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location.
