Candidate will be joining a team of change agents to take on the challenges that come with transformation. Candidate will interact with multiple Programs and Projects across MFC to transition and deploy capabilities being developed or enhanced as part of Transformation. Candidate will be responsible for providing analyst support and change leadership and learning of several programs as a Plan and Execute Change team member. This person will engage with the MFC Business/Program Teams to plan, design, analyze, develop, train, and deploy the approach utilizing techniques within Prosci Change Management methods and principles. Based on scope and need, training development and delivery required applying the ADDIE model in each phase of development. Training Materials will include multiple artifacts such as Instructor Led Training, Web Based Training and Quick Reference Materials.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Change Management Impact Assessments and Stakeholder Analysis
  • Develop manage and execute Change Management Plan for capability implementations / deployments
  • Manage, develop, and execute change agent network as feasible
  • Reinforce change through ongoing Change Management planning/execution through adoption
  • Facilitate and attend meetings with subject matter experts and key stakeholders and continually identify any Change Management implications
  • Identify key metrics and track change adoption and effectiveness, in partnership with Program Team
  • Develop strategies to recognize potential change risks/resistance and create and execute mitigation plans
  • Conduct change readiness assessment and develop and execute mitigation plans
  • Identify opportunities for end user engagement in Change Management planning and delivery and execute on planning
  • Partner with Core team Pillar, Communications, Training, Implementation, Business Process, and other key teams

Up to 25% travel will be required both domestically and internationally.

For a level 2, we typically look for a Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Masters degree.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Holds a degree in Organizational Change Management, Adult learning, multi-media communication, marketing or related major or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Experience as a change management practitioner or from a change management organization
  • Experience with MS Office products
  • Ability to apply Organization Change Management principles and methods
  • Ability to influence, motivate and coach diverse teams to enable workforce adaptation and bring change to the team.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to apply a structured approach to empower individuals to collectively re-imagine possibilities to facilitate business transformation.
  • Ability to cultivate a project plan to guide implementation, inclusive of new ways of working and change management, across multi-discipline teams/programs.
  • Ability to comprehend, process, and distill complex information/data into comprehensive, clear messages to drive learning/buy-in.
  • Ability to think strategically with experience creating and implement detailed tactical, results-driven plans.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous and changing settings.
  • Ability to travel as needed Desired Skills:
  • Experience with ADDIE model or similar philosophy in the design, development, and execution of learning for adults
  • Experience in change management principles, processes, methodologies and the -people side of change-
  • Prosci or similar Change Management certification desired but not required
  • Experience working in Agile environment/project management methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Well-developed relationship and consultative skills, including proven ability to influence without direct authority, ability to establish and maintain broad networks and relationships
  • Ability to create relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Ability to facilitate cross-functional group discussions and drive to a decision
  • Ability to interact with all organizational levels with credibility, and ability to manage conflict with key stakeholders that results in desired outcomes
  • Ability to build strong connections and partnerships with Corporate and BA partners, representatives and external constituents
  • Ability to think strategically with experience creating and implement detailed tactical, results-driven plans
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous and changing settings
  • Experience working with Jira, Slack, Confluence, etc.
  • Design Thinking/Lean Six Sigma/ Agile experience
  • Evidence of self-directed organizational skills
  • Green or Black belt certification

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $77,600 - $146,000. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
