5+ years hands-on experience working with legal departments or in the litigation support area, including project management
Detailed knowledge of the litigation lifecycle, including relevant Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and local discovery rules
Experience managing IP litigation matters and IPRs in Federal Court, the ITC, and in international geographies
Ability to work independently and proactively to meet aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment, including managing and prioritizing deliverables with cross-functional teams
Sound business judgment and ability to handle multiple wide-ranging matters, conflicting deadlines, while exploring new areas of expertise as business needs change
Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues quickly and effectively in a positive and practical manner
Interest in and ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and take ownership of projects while balancing time, quality, cost, and risk

Description
In this role you will serve as an IP litigation project manager to deliver world-class support to multiple IP pre-litigation and litigation matters in Federal Court, the ITC, and international venues. You will act as the point person and liaison between in-house counsel, internal business groups, outside counsel, Apple's eDiscovery team, and eDiscovery vendors to ensure the timely flow of information to support our docket. As an IP litigation project manager you foster a collaborative environment and lead by example with a can-do attitude and with a vision of excellence, inclusivity, and compassion while also being process-oriented and striving for efficiency.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree required Paralegal certification preferred PMP certification preferred
