This position is part of the Wholesale Operations team responsible for ensuring the success of our sales and account management functions. As a Sr Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a rapidly developing industry to create a nationwide distribution in the Wholesale space. Our Partners are Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO), Mobile Virtual Network Aggregator (MVNA), and platform providers that support multiple business and compliance models, launch flexible and scalable service solutions globally and enable rapid time-to-market. This role will partner with sales, account management, business development, operations, and product teams to understand prioritize business needs. Areas of focus may include by are not limited to, development of wholesale specific training materials, determining learning objectives and goals for a specific curriculum or identified need, and metrics reporting. This position will also play a pivotal role to drive the strategy and execution against the Sales Operations support model. They will have superb communication and program management skills, and will be able to communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way. They will deal with highly ambiguous problems, taking full control and responsibility for finding solutions, and will drive towards simple solutions to complex problems.

What you'll do in your role.

  • Educate sales teams about process changes and opportunities to self-serve in tools like Salesforce.com by leading in-person and online trainings.

  • Create wholesale line of business specific content for cross functional training and education purposes.

  • Create and conduct Wholesale customer-facing trainings for marketing and process education purposes.

  • Determine learning objectives and goals for a specific curriculum or identified need within Wholesale sales and support functions.

  • Manage external vendors/procure external training resources.

  • Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly portfolio reviews with leadership.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis, and support related projects as needed.

The experience you'll bring.

  • 5+ years' experience in organizational programs, project management or related area.

  • 2+ years of supervisory or program management experience, including cross-functional management.

  • An Individual with great analytical skills.

  • Demonstrated experience in creating executive dashboards.

  • Demonstrated experience managing and implementing medium to large programs, including identifying, maintaining, and/or adjusting the cost, scope, and resources, managing vendors, and overseeing the formal planning, tracking, and reporting of program performance.

  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).

  • Proficient with screen recording software to edit recordings, webinars and produce (short 3 - 5 minute) instructional content.

  • Experience with SFDC, learning management systems, and other e-learning tools. Demonstrated experience with survey design and analysis such as Qualtrics.

  • Experience Supporting Sales Organization is a plus

Desired

  • 2-4 years telecommunications experience

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • A valid license, a clean driving record, and proof of insurance at your own cost is required

  • 4-7 years: experience in organizational process, programs, project management, or related area

  • 2-4 years: supervisory or program management experience, including cross-functional management

  • T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law.
