What You'll Get to Do:
As a CACI-SOAS Special Operations Forces Emerging Threats,Operations, and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) Current Operations and Intelligence (CIP-COP) Data Integrator you will assist the CIP/COP Manager produce Common Operating and Common Intelligence Pictures coordinated by with, and through the COCOM, TSOCS, GCCs, and CSUs that provides situational awareness to 1SFC and TF 40-25 Commander. You will research and analyze supported unit platforms to build, manage, and display accurate CIP/COPs that will optimize sensing and understanding of the operational environment. You must complete each task and required deliverables to the Government no later than the due date(s) the Government specified 95% of the time. Additionally, you will be required to support training and Irregular Warfare (IW) operations as directed.
More About this Role:
Qualified candidates will have an advanced working knowledge of Palantir (Gotham), Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) ArcGIS, Command and Control of the Information Environment (C2IE), and an understanding of the following support platforms: Maven Smart Systems (MSS), Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP), CPCE (Command Post Computing Environment), Automated Message Handling System (AMHS), Joint Capabilities Requirements Manager (JCRM) and the capability to troubleshoot technical issues whether through submitting a trouble ticket or utilizing an in house solution.
Fully qualified candidates must have an advanced working knowledge and experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite of tools. Additionally, you must understand military graphics and military symbology to integrate the appropriate information into the CIP/COP.
Primary Duties include:
Conduct daily review of the primary CIP/COP platform, identify efficiencies, deficiencies, and recommend courses of action to enhance the CIP/COP.
Integrate data into the primary and secondary CIP/COP platforms in support of the CIP/COP Manager and the Command.
Collaborate with and through the Command and CSUs in order to build an accurate CIP/COP.
Provide the Command and CSUs with analytical support through CIP/COP systems-generated visualizations to enhance understanding and improve the decision space.
Support Project Teams with CIP/COP systems-generated visualizations that support analytics, data-driven operational planning, and Intel/Operations focused concepts.
Support the Command and Special Operations Joint Task Force - Contingency (SOJTF-CON) exercise planning related to MCS, CIP/COP, exercise pre-deployment activities, battle rhythm events, and exercise execution in the 48 contiguous U.S. States, Hawaii, Alaska, and outlying U.S. Territories.
Capable of generating and presenting executive level briefings of the MCS COP Palantir primary platform with CIP/COP systems-generated visualizations in a General Officer environment.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.
Minimum 5 years of military/DOD experience and a BA/BS or higher degree -OR- 10 years of experience and no degree.
Minimum 5 years of experiencein Special Operations.
Minimum 5 years of experience working with the military planning cycle to support tactical ground operations.
More than 1 year of deployed experience.
Must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
Must have a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Suite and the platforms listed above.
Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.
Bachelor's degree and three years of experience, or associates degree and seven years of experience, or 10 years of relevant work experience.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Critical and conceptual thinking skills.
Must be a self-starter who has a strong attention to detail.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Bachelor's Degree
Active-duty military experience directly supporting CIP-COP analysis for USASOC or Joint SOF organizations.
More than 10 years of intelligence and operations support experience at the operational level or higher.
More than 10 years of SOF experience.
Must be able to work independently with minimal government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$65,000 - $136,500
