Are you looking to complete an internship to complete your degree program? As aDevice Repair Software InternatBatteries Plus, this role will support the device repair product management team with installation and maintenance of device repair diagnostic software tools.
Responsibilities:
Train retail store associates how to use a phone repair diagnostic tool software, which validates the repair was executed correctly
Maintain a database of login and password credentials for the diagnostic tool
Assist stores in troubleshooting the diagnostic tool when it is not functioning properly
Use an internal ticket tool to ensure store support is recorded accurately
Communicate daily with store managers and technicians in a professional manner; both via email and phone
Communicate daily with the vendor owners of the diagnostic tool
Learn system reporting tools to support running ad hoc and regular reporting to support everyday needs of the business
Qualifications:
Must be enrolled in a degree program through an accredited college or university seeking a degree in Business, Information Technology or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong technical problem solving skills; ability to troubleshoot computer and software problems
Strong knowledge of Excel in order to manage large volumes of data in workbooks
Knowledge of Google Suites products
Clear and professional communication
Strong organizational skills
