Goodwin William staffing is seeking a highly driven Installation Supervisor. The Installation Supervisor will work closely within house departments on various construction developments. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, energetic, able to multitask, meet deadlines, and be in control of personnel and provide training. This opportunity involves problem solving through acquired experience within doors, frames, construction, and hardware distribution.Expectations:Solving intricate issues in a timely manner as they ariseExcellent communicationWork hand in hand with suppliers and vendorsOversee the flow of constructionInventory of material and equipment on sitesEstablish communication between house departmentsDetermine if construction modifications need to be made prior to installationPerform commercial service/installation on a wide range of products, such as hinges, operators, door sections, rolling steel, torsion springs, etc.Follow and report all safety and quality concerns in accordance with OSHA and governing agenciesMaintain good customer service and professionalism on job site as well as with all fellow workersMust have valid drivers license and provide a copy of driving recordRequirements:Bachelors Degree with at least 1 year of previous experience in the construction fieldAbility to multitask and complete tasks in a timely mannerProvide supervision to all other installers and ensure all methods of installation are followed correctlyGood driving record
