What You Can Expect:
The Sales Development Representative is Brightly's "front line" in increasing demand on the sales team. You will be tasked with qualifying new prospective clients and collaborating with other members of the sales team to achieve a smooth handoff of each opportunity. If you are interested in jump starting your sales career, this is an ideal position for you! Brightly Software can you provide you with promotion opportunities as early as 6 months into this role!
We will count on you to:
Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound call campaigns
Identify and qualify decision makers among the targeted call campaigns
Capture accurate and complete information in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) by maintaining and growing the database of prospects and tracking activity
Attend sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts

The pay range for this position is $40,000-45,000 and the annual commission target is $15,000- 25,000. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
This is a hybrid workplace opportunity that does require you to work onsite a minimum of 3 days each work week. While our offices are currently located in Cary, NC, we are moving to the North Hills area of Raleigh in Fall of 2024.
What You Need to Have:
Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or related field of study OR 1+ year of prior sales experience in lieu of degree
Applicants with 6 + months of previous Sales Development Representative experience can be considered at a Senior SDR level
High energy, high passion level, determination, and perseverance
Professional phone presence and excellent communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Strong Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills
