Our client, a Global leader in customer experience management, digital engagement, and technology solutions is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Rep to join their team. As an Inbound Call Center Rep, you will be part of the Call Center supporting the Customer Service Reps. The ideal candidate will have Inbound Call Center and Inbound Customer Service which will align successfully in the organization.
Contract -- (Direct Hire)
Job Title: Remote Inbound Customer Service
Location: Training (Altamonte Springs)--- Remote after training!
Pay Range: $15.00- hourly depending on experience, $17.50 Bilingual
Availability: Full time
Monday-Sunday (5 days/8 hours shift between 8:00am-8:00pm, or 11am-11pm )
Required background
What's the Job?
Assist all customers through inbound calls, emails, and/or chats.
Communicate a variety of information to the customer.
Be an active listener and help resolve customer inquiries.
Provide a meaningful and positive experience with every customer interaction.
Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services.
What's Needed?
A high school diploma (or equivalent).
6 months - 1 year of customer service experience.
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
The ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled.
The understanding you will be picking up your equipment and attending employee events at our state-of-the-art campus in Altamonte Springs.
