Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in Driver, VA . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Working on building platforms, monitor frames and shipping crates
Performing QC inspections
Repairing walls, doors, frames, toilets, electrical valve assemblies and sensors
Exterior landscaping
Maintaining A/C and heating
Changing filters and coils
Requirements
Must be able to pass a background check and have active security clearance
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the field
