The Independent Living Caregiver at Cedarwood at Sandy is responsible for the delivery of quality care by encouraging independence and ensuring each resident's physical, social, cultural, and intellectual well-being.

FT Split Shift - 7am-11am - 4pm-8pm

PT 4p - 8p
What will I do every day?
Assist residents with simple requests
Supervise or assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, medication reminders and other activities
Provide companionship and develop strong resident relations
Document care provided to residents consistent
Provide input to assure that resident individual service plans are current
What will I need to be successful in this role?

High school education or GED equivalent preferred
Must be 18 years or older
