Job Summary:

C3 Presents is actively looking for a Project Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Act as Project Manager across all facets of the event. This includes: planning, organizing, and leading meetings, running budget analytics/reports, assisting with projections, departmental oversight, and other projects as assigned

  • Manage in a forward-thinking role, predicting and directing the needs of each department to ensure efficient and thoughtful planning, execution, and close out of the event

  • Actively drive processes in a way that allows company leadership time to think and evaluate while also providing guidance and information to departments, ensuring frequent and efficient flow of information across all facets

  • Drive event timelines and actively evaluate event overlap for conflicts, front loading where able

  • Perform and manage administrative duties including event permitting, Sharepoint, credential management, budget reporting, departmental check-ins, and accounts payable for vendors/staffers

  • Maintains daily -to do- sheet. Heavy calendar management including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and obligations. Act as a forward-thinking agent for company leadership, anticipating items requiring attention, following up, moving through task list.

  • Ensure any meetings have an appropriate setting as well as establishment of any call-in information

  • Attends various meetings as needed, takes minutes or notes, creates agendas or assists with meeting preparation. Actively tie out open items from meetings and link needed parties

  • Research projects

  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or minimum of 5 years of industry experience required, project management level experience preferred.

  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and has exceptional follow through skills

  • Superior organizational and administrative skills and an innate ability to anticipate needs of the partner

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to be punctual and meet deadlines

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to handle stress and pressure

  • Personable, thick skinned, and have a professional appearance and demeanor

  • Capable of working with staff within the company and industry associates outside of the company

  • Capable of maintaining confidentiality

  • Solid computer/database and clerical skills

  • Proficient in MS Office products

  • Ability to travel

  • Flexibility in work hours and availability, especially during festivals and major projects
