CACI is seeking a cleared Operations Analyst to support an Army Project Manager at Fort Belvoir, VA. You'll independently apply a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. You may be assigned to participate in or lead project efforts to support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders.
What You'll Get to Do:
Manage taskers and staffing packets
Develop and publish organizational-level operations functional policies and procedures, orders, Letters of instruction, other directives, and communications (EXSUMs, Information Papers, Briefings, Reports, etc.)
Control manage and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.)
Plan, resource and support organizational events (command and staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies, etc.)
Archive Operations functional documents and information
Represent operations functional leadership at meetings and conferences
Plan and manage facility requirements
May be required to support special requirements (FOIA, International Program, Government Vehicle Driver, Safety, Security etc.)
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Active Secret Security Clearance
Associate's Degree with 10 years of relevant experience
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work with others
Demonstrated technical, analytical and problem solving skills, excellent time management, and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Bachelor's Degree
> 6 years of relevant experience
Previous experience supporting an Army Project or Product Manager office
Work Location: Ft Belvoir, VA (at least 2 days per week; no FT remote)

$71,500 - $150,200
