As a Sales Operations Analyst you will be responsible for end to end business processes, completing daily, weekly and monthly deadlines for the US Enterprise business segment. Success in the role requires an ability to work effectively and efficiently across multiple organizations. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will work with Sales leadership, Finance, Legal, Order Management, Contracts, as well as other key stakeholders.

Key Qualifications

  • Demonstrable Experience (6+ years) with Sales operations, business analyst, sales compensation roles

  • Strong Excel skills to manage and analyze large data sets

  • Tableau reporting and data visualization experience.

  • Familiarity with CRM end-to-end processes and CRM functional domains

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of multi-functional and multi-directional partners.

  • Experience collaborating on global projects with a geographically dispersed team in a highly-matrixes, fast-paced environment.

  • Superb attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Description

In this role, you will: Partnering with Sales Leaders to create and maintain accuracy on sales segmentation model. Creating and maintaining Sales Department policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource material for current and new sales processes. Support the sales team through new process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas. Improve sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes and adoption of new sales plays. Establish a framework/blueprint, connect the dots end-to-end while focusing on the specific problem and identify potential breakage/gap points as well as dependencies. Optimize sales processes, tools & frameworks in partnership with our Sales Operations & Sales teams. Collaborate with Enterprise Field Sales & Sales Operations teams to drive improvements of sales efficiency, customer experience and process optimization. Establish credibility with business as a trusted advisor by listening, understanding their business and quickly provide multitude of options to consider. Manage conflicting ideas and drive standardization and provide recommendations that may not be exactly what the business asks for but results in a better scalable solution. Collaborate and multi-functional activities with IT and WW sales throughout project lifecycle and project coordination - deliver tool solutions that would provide a seamless, integrated user experience that support business processes. Identify root cause of problems, and ability to identify, propose, and recommend innovative solutions to diverse partners. Calculates and summarize key business metrics for the US enterprise sales management. Propose solutions beyond what has been requested by our business partners. You will work on opportunities to build for scale by designing holistically, with a focus on flexibility and operational efficiency. Engage with colleagues across the team to identify system integration points and dependencies, and develop high level solution proposals for these integrations.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Master's Degree preferred.
