JOB SUMMARY
Lead and execute complex real estate programs that are transformational in nature for Truist, including merger & acquisition conversion, highly visible real estate projects and activities. Lead retail project execution team in the implementation of strategic and operational aspects of Truist's retail owned/leased real estate portfolio and space utilization. Role impacts overall teammate and client experience and is significant in managing Truist's overall project and program management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead program management role providing oversight for key corporate strategic initiatives; as well as corporate real estate and workplace (CREW) partners to ensure delivery of a quality result within budget and schedule; frequently interacts with external providers (e.g. project managers, architects, GC's, design vendors).
Oversee assigned major, strategic real estate projects at a high programmatic level from conception to completion to ensure achievement of business needs, and provide accurate documentation and costs for project modeling.
Lead (SME) retail execution team in providing oversight for outsourced project management.
Lead highly complex and visible projects with notable risk and complexity.
Make leadership decisions within established policies, procedures, and established objectives.
Solve routine and unique problems of high complexity by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents.
Focus on enhancing knowledge of Truist's processes, culture and clients. Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
Identify and resolve technical, operational, risk management, business, and organizational challenges.
Represent Truist in Real Estate professional organizations and associations
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related project or program management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Solid understanding of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the real estate operations discipline.
Ability to manage complex competing priorities using analytic and interpersonal skills. Experience presenting to and collaborating with Executive and Senior Leadership.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills, and the ability to manage in a dynamic environment with a high performing team.
Ability to solve problems in straightforward situations by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree, JD, or MBA and 12 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Banking or financial services experience.
PMP certification
Relevant real estate professional certifications.
