JOB DESCRIPTION-Saturday availability is required
Accommodate clients/patrons by:
General reception work: knowledge of principals and processes for providing customer services, and meeting quality standards for services.
Scheduling appointments,
Outstanding phone etiquette
Help to customize services
Check out/rebooking clients/
Active listening, evaluating customer satisfaction/ problem solving.
Help clients understand the benefits of regular massage, skin care and stretch, membership sales.
WHAT ELSE THE JOB ENTAILS:
General cleaning of clinic: tidying, disinfecting/sanitize, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash, bathrooms, etc
Laundry- washing/drying/folding: linens, towels, etc.
Lifting: Able to lift 35lbs:
Body Positioning for shift: Being on your feet/standing/walking up to 9.5 hrs
BASIC SKILLS NEEDED
18 years of age or older.
Knowledge and structure of English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
Reading Comprehension, Writing
Speaking (being able to convey information effectively).
Service Orientation: actively looking for ways to help people
Social Perceptiveness: being aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do.
Knowledge of basic computer skills.
