As Digital CX & Operations Lead, you own the visual expression of the brand across key partner's online sites. You will be a champion for improving the consumer experience on our digital partner sites. You will lead the day to day management and optimization of the Beats catalog spanning PDPs, enhanced content, search, brand stores, landing pages and other key digital touch points. In this role, your focus will be to support product launches by deploying a robust set of digital merchandising tactics and distributing key brand assets to ensure great consumer e-commerce experience.
Key Qualifications
5+ years of relevant eCommerce experience
2 years direct CMS Authoring experience
Understanding of eCommerce product life cycle (ERP setup, catalog enrichment, content management)
Basic HTML knowledge
A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to process information quickly and in a manner that is consistent with existing procedures.
Ability to work well under pressure with tight and changing deadlines.
Positive attitude, self- motivated, self-starter confident to take the initiative and carry out duties with minimal supervision but still adhere to process.
Clear and concise communication skills.
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Creative, digital and production experience is essential

Description
Deliver digital merchandising and initial product setup including (but not limited to): product titles, descriptions, product bullet points, product twistering, image mapping, enhanced content, generic keywords, product attributes, product videos, comparison charts, family stripes, trademark term ads, etc. Ensure digital merchandising updates to either core product content (carousel images, titles, bullets, etc.) or enhanced (below the fold) content on our PDPs. Manage and optimize search result experiences across our digital channel partners. Oversee operations for all Beats Brand Stores on Amazon globally. Responsibilities include: Page authoring (via CMS), QA, Release Management, ad-hoc reporting). Manage day to day operations of our global content syndication network. This includes base product setup, mapping child to parent relationships, content authoring / staging, QA and publishing of syndicated content globally, bug tracking, expansion into new markets, ad-hoc reporting, etc. CaaS (Content as a Service) Project Management: Collaborate with Apple Digital to expand use of our content as a service solution (Syndigo) to new countries & partners Maintain a catalog / library of our product setup info and track any changes made post-launch Identify process improvements to drive efficacy of content syndication setup and management Proactively identify opportunities to improve our digital commerce CX. Should be comfortable leveraging data to size the opportunity pre-launch and monitor / measure results post launch.
