CACI's ASG group seeks a self-motivated Program/Project Operations Manager with experience supporting a large and complex Cost Plus Award Fee contract with LOE and Completion Technical Task Orders as part of a Mission Focused Team. ASG comprises a 1,300+ person staff based at numerous CONUS and OCONUS locations. The majority of the ASG workforce maintains TS/SCI clearances and holds technical degrees with significant experience serving and developing not only highly specialized systems for DoD, national, and civilian customers, but architecting, delivering, and sustaining end-to-end mission solutions worldwide.

You will assist the Senior Program Manager in the performance of tasks necessary to ensure the most efficient and effective execution of the contract, resulting in successful cost, schedule, and performance of the contract. You will also help assess and mitigates performance risk to achieve results. This position is in Annapolis Junction, MD areas. Very limited telework is permitted.

Skill Requirements for this role:

- Allocate resources (staffing, facilities, and budgets) on the contract

- Review earned value, Estimates To Complete, Funds and Man-hour Expenditure Report, or other financial reports

- Ensure cross-discipline integration within the contract to meet Government needs

- Work with the senior program manager to provide effective and efficient management of the contractor's effort

- Review and propose the Integrated Program Baseline (or resource loaded schedule) to the Senior Program Manager

- Review risk and risk mitigation activities and reporting

- Prepare program status reviews and other formal reviews to be presented to the Government PM

- Review all financial and technical reports and other CDRLs before release to the Government

- Communicate issues and solutions to the PM in a timely and transparent manner

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract in coordination with CACI contracts staff

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

- Active TS/SCI with poly

- 5 Years of experience managing programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity

- Minimum (1) year of demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.

- Knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DoD 5000 series, and Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 801 policies.

- Must be willing to obtain the PMP certification, F AC-P/PM Entry Level certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 1 certification in Program Management.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$71,500 - $150,200
