The Apple Human Interface Design team conceptualizes, designs, and crafts the user experience for Apple products and services. The Apple Design Team is seeking a highly organized Coordinator to manage the daily operations of our Culver City studio. The ideal candidate will have proven experience providing comprehensive administrative support and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Description

  • Studio management: You will act as the gatekeeper for Apple's most confidential space, greeting visitors, tracking people and meetings, etc. - Manage meeting room spaces - Help streamline culture across studios - Liaise with studio support teams across the Cupertino HI studio - Point of contact for all Culver City new hires - Work with facilities: request, maintenance - Submit and manage expenses - Support activities such as office space planning, maintaining printers, IS&T support, ordering office materials and supplies. - Pro-active management and preparation for meetings, resolving conflicts and challenges, and anticipating needs

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to partner with others within the various engineering and administrative teams; strong collaborative and diplomatic skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Comfortable communicating with all levels of executives

  • Forward-thinking, proactive, and incredibly resourceful

  • Eager to jump in and help in any way possible: no job is too big or too small

  • Ability to successfully manage multiple requests and projects simultaneously, problem-solving, and constant drive for process improvement

  • Proactive management and preparation for meetings

  • Direct experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity, discretion, and secrecy

  • Ability to influence others; handle conflict appropriately; know when to delegate issues upward and when to apply common sense

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $31.10 and $55.35/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
