Our client, in Columbus, OH is seeking a Project Manager Operations to join their team.

Job Title: Project Manager Operations

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay Range: $85.72

What's the Job?

  • The Sr. Project Manager is an individual contributor role responsible for working with both business and technical teams to understand and document requirements for projects of larger scale or high complexity in terms of ambiguity of problem, opportunity, solution, and strategic importance.

  • This includes applying extensive domain knowledge and using expert technical skills to support business partners, resolve problems, mentor team members, and providing peer training as required.

  • The Sr. Project Manager articulates business processes, information flows and enablement of technology, as well as establishes strong partnerships with both internal and external partners to ensure seamless execution.

  • In addition, they must lead cross functional teams from concept through launch by documenting scope boundaries, assessing risk, and escalating as needed for issue resolution.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree, the reason why is that the manager wants to see structure.

  • Experience working on large scale and highly complex projects or programs involving cross-functional teams and external vendors

  • Budget Management

  • Building/Managing a project

  • 8+ years Business Analyst experience required

  • Communication skills (this worker will be presenting at least once a week to stakeholders)

  • HR & Marketing backgrounds are a plus.
