This role requires a mastery of modeling quantitative data sets, influenced by qualitative data, to help drive the financial and business objectives necessary to achieve our innovation agenda. In addition to co-creating and executing the analytics goals for the Tryer Center, you'll also lead teams across the organization through new ways of working.

As a Tryer Analytics Innovation Manager , you will...

  • Support a team of partners to with experiment design, data capture, and data interpretation.

  • Understand, and analyze the relationships between retail operations and revenue, labor, and cost and use this knowledge to identify key performance indicators.

  • Lead the design and development of new and improved innovation lab processes and tools to support experiment analytics, data-capture and Tryer portfolio management (which integrates with Tryer Digital).

We'd love to hear from people with:

  • 5+ years of collecting, organizing, and interpreting medium sized data sets

  • 4 year degree in business, data analytics, or related (preferred)

  • 3+ years project management, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, human resources and communications

  • 2+ years producing data driven graphics

  • Superb analytical skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
