What You'll Get to Do:

CACI is seeking a TS/SCI cleared, Senior Configuration Manager to support our Air Force customer at Langley AFB, VA. This position will be a part of our Enterprise Product Support (EPS) team for AF DCGS. You will support the IT Service Management Office.

More About the Role:

  • May oversee the activities of less senior staff.

  • Provides configuration control that includes analysis, change recommendations, tracking, and reporting.

  • Manages the baseline configuration of the platforms, systems, and subsystems; applies configuration management techniques that establish and maintain the integrity of the system throughout the project's life cycle.

  • Updates and maintains a Configuration Management Database Management Plan (CMDB), including all information that is required to support configuration management activities.

  • Establishes and maintains data interfaces to incident and problem management, change management, technical support, sustainment, and asset management processes/tools.

  • Receives and documents all RFCs, classifies the changes proposed, and closes out RFCs that meet the change objectives or are abandoned.

  • Updates and maintains a schedule of planned approved changes; provides a Forward Schedule of Changes (FSC)-once approved by the Government, the contractor will publish the FSC.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.

  • Masters Degree and related field and 10 years of relevant experience.

  • 6 years of experience reviewing and developing technical documentation.

  • Experience with quality data collection techniques.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II Certification.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Specific knowledge of AF DCGS life cycle.

  • ITIL v4 certification.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$67,100-$141,000
