SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst at the Navy Yard in Washington, DC .
Job Duties :
Develops oral and written products, briefs, memoranda and testimonies used by Senior Program leadership to communicate strategies and mission successes to oversight boards, congressional committees and stakeholders at the highest levels of the Government.
Coordinates across Program Directorates to capture technical and operational details, then translates the information into Program value based on past experience.
Maintains a history of congressional, DoD and IC Outreach engagements by Program officials.
Assists in the immediate coordination and execution of all other tasks as assigned. Must have excellent customer service skills.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience OR Masters and eight (13) years or more experience; years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
Five (5 )years experience developing strategic communication messaging for external audiences.
2 years experience working directly with/for senior (Capt, GS-15) DoD and Intelligence Community officials.
Previous experience briefing senior IC and/or DOD leadership on various topics which will be used to communicate strategies.
Clearance Requirement:
Must already hold an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI w/ CI Polygraph.
Desired:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
Experience as a research historian.
Two (2) years liasion experience between major commands such as ODIN, CIA, Joint Staff.
