Job Summary:
The Regulatory Compliance Coordinator is responsible for proactively recording data, reviewing reports, and partnering with internal stakeholders in an effort to improve overall regulatory compliance throughout the organization. This role will interact with Field and Support Central personnel to input and maintain accurate information in the Compliance Central application that will be leveraged by the company in order to ensure goals and objectives are met.
The job of Regulatory Compliance Coordinator can be performed in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
Essential Functions:
Review, analyze and input reports, organize and maintain the Compliance Central Application on a daily basis ensuring all reports are kept current.
Review and analyze all regulatory documents to ensure accurate information is entered into the Compliance Central application. Complete any necessary regulatory follow-up to ensure compliance.
Ensure regulatory and agency reports are collected from schools on a timely basis.
Partner with School Directors and District Managers to ensure timely submission to Support Central of all regulatory reports including but not limited to annual, interim, follow-up and complaint visits, new permits and licenses.
Develop and generate compliance history reports for groups or individual schools in requested areas.
Provide support and guidance to School Directors, Regulatory Compliance Managers, District Managers and Divisional Vice Presidents regarding regulatory visits and compliance through frequent communications.
Assist in preparing for licensing and other regulator visits in order to maintain full compliance.
Analyze all communications associated with regulatory visit citations. Inform and advise any necessary Support Central departments, District Managers, and Divisional Vice Presidents regarding necessary action requirements through use of Compliance Central Application.
Maintain and implement recognition system within Compliance Central Application for schools that receive 100% compliance on regulatory visits.
Coordinate and support state specific audits as assigned.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years' experience in compliance, regulatory field, childcare, and/or project management required.

Travel:
5 % travel expected.
