Description: You will be the Project Engineering Associate Manager responsible for directing, coordinating, and exercising functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Project Engineering Associate Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

- Planning and formulating engineering program and organizing project staff according to requirements.

- Assigning project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project.

- Coordinating activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.

Travel may be required.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.

- Ability to interface with a variety of information technology logistics applications.

- Demonstrated problem solving skills and Full Spectrum Leadership attributes

- Ability to establish priorities to meet contractual requirements/metrics.

- Ability to work in a cross-functional IPT environment.

- Ability to interact with internal/external customers, cross-functional teams, and management.

- Demonstrated excellence in communicating with Senior Levels of Management as well as Customers

- Ability to obtain Secret Clearance

- Strong Computer Skills including MS Office

Desired Skills:

- Strong Finance and Mathematics Background

- CAM experience

- Experience with proposal/BOE development and man-power estimation

- Previous Work Experience in defense or similar industry

- Familiarity with Army regulations and Army Supply

- Experience working with USG and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers

- Experience in managing Logistics/Technical personnel

- Sustainment and repair management background

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
