Description
This Entry Level Service Desk Technician works with the IT Department to help Dent Wizard employees with both hardware and software issues. This position will assist the IT Department in the following activities:
Key Area of Responsibility
Assisting the Tier 1 Service Desk Analysts in fielding phone calls and logging incidents within the help desk solution.
Monitor, distribute, and quickly respond to IT Help Desk tickets.
Answer and assist users via phone
Create knowledgebase documentation
Staging and deploying iPhone equipment to support migration of mobile field invoicing solution from Windows Mobile to iOS.
Staging and deploying of wireless fixed site printers for remote locations.
Assisting in additional miscellaneous projects (i.e. updating the global address book, updating inventory database, organizing inventory, etc.).
Desired Requirements
Familiarity with iOS platform (iPhones, iPads, etc.).
Basic computer knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access).

Detail-oriented
May be required to work up to 40 hours per week.
