Job Description:
Responsible for financial reporting, accounting and purchasing functions for Midwest Medical. Directs and supervises the accounting, purchasing staff, billing, customer service, and customer distribution. Completes accounting functions by following generally accepted accounting principles, cost accounting, internal audits and reimbursement analysis. Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role and in accounting, including extensive experience with general ledger accounting, auditing principles and practices, cost accounting methodologies, budgeting and computerized accounting systems.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor degree required with a preference in business, accounting, or related field.
Or
Associates degree in Nursing OR Respiratory Therapy and ability to obtain bachelors degree within 3 years from date of hire.
