As a Finance and Business Operations Manager Director, you will support the Vice President for ADP and manage a business operations organization supporting program/product areas at our Palmdale, Fort Worth, and Marietta sites. This role involves providing financial oversight and leadership, ensuring contractual compliance, cost management, budget development and analyses, financial estimating, configuration management, and proposal support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise ADP F&BO VP, Executive F&BO leadership, and ADP Program VP and GM on ADP business management activities
- Develop/Implement long-term business strategies for ADP business portfolios
- Develop, deploy and improve financial control mechanisms
- Responsible for implementation of the Earned Value Management System for ADP line of business. To include baselining budgets, establishing targets, achieving program targets, cost reporting, and various other business processes to ensure program success.
- Direct the day to day Program Controls staff activities ensuring deliverables are accurate and completed on schedule.
- Responsible for program level allocations, Estimates at Completion, contract close-out and implementation of common processes, tools and controls across the Advanced Development Programs
- Drive affordability targets and actions
- Coordinate subordinate employee recruitment, selection, and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions

- Provide leadership and guidance to a business operations organization
- Ensure compliance with contracts, budgets, and financial reporting requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial support for proposal development, design, component procurement, system integration, and system verification
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment
- Remain current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in financial management and business operations.

Basic Qualifications:
Business Management experience
Earned Value Management System (EVMS) expertise.
Degree from an accredited college
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in finance within the Aerospace Industry.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, financial planning, performance management and operations analysis.
- Demonstrated analytic skills to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Experience in military aviation and/or space business.
Experience in Financial Management including forecasting and execution.
- Experience in Performance Management with emphasis on Earned Value Management Systems.
- Experience in US Government Contracting with an understanding of US Government Cost Principles within the FAR and CAS.
Self starter who can work independently.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $180,000 - $300,000 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
