Job Summary

There is one position which will be filled at the level commensurate with the successful candidates' education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

This position will be expected to develop ad hoc and on-going financial forecasts and models that assist the business in making decisions. Analytical support will primarily focus on capital markets activities, budgetary analyses, and other corporate finance activities. The successful candidate will need to communicate complex models and analyses effectively and efficiently to the corporate finance team, including other Dominion Energy business functions and executives. Additionally, the candidate will participate in ongoing interaction with Dominion Energy's core investment bank relationships.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Development of ad hoc models and financial analyses

- Development of presentations to communicate complex topics effectively and efficiently to various internal parties, including executives

- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with investment banks

- Providing support for the periodic budget and forecast processes

- Frequent communication with business units and CFO Group leadership teams

- Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

Associate Financial Analyst : A minimum of 0- 3+ years of financial or related experience is required. (Note: A master's degree will count as one year of experience. A partial year of six months or more experience will be rounded up to one full year).

Financial Analyst: A minimum of 3+ years of financial or related experience is required. (Note: A master's degree will count as one year of experience. A partial year of six months or more experience will be rounded up to one full year).

Senior Financial Analyst: A minimum of 5+ years of financial or related experience is required. (Note: A master's degree will count as one year of experience. A partial year of six months or more experience will be rounded up to one full year).

Specific KSA's include:

- Requires experience in financial management/analysis and a basic understanding of accounting practices.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Experience with SAP preferred.

- Experience with Bloomberg preferred.

- Experience with financial modeling/forecasting and scenario analysis preferred.

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, teamwork, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.

- Utility and/or relevant industry experience preferred.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or higher level is required. Candidates obtaining their bachelor's by June 2024 will be considered.
