YOU choose how many hours you want to work each week, the length of your shift and the length of your breaks. Everyone has different personal and financial needs so you can work as little as 10 hours per week - or as many as 35 hours - it's your choice.
We've been family owned since the day we opened in 2013. Our spa's reputation speaks for itself with many of our LMTs still with us since the year we opened.
We have a large and diverse member base, which ensures you'll be booked for whatever pressure or session length you prefer. We strive hard to make sure our massage therapists are fully booked while they are at work, and we pay the therapist for every no-show or late cancel.
We are an upscale spa located on the border of Highland and Shererville, Indiana. Our client demand is exceptionally strong and we're seeking passionate licensed massage therapists to join our team. Well-skilled professionals who have a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school under their belts and a certificate of completion. You'll also need to meet the licensing requirements for massage therapy in our state and be able to pass a background and reference check.
Thirsty for knowledge, seeking continuing education to build on their modality mastery (which must include Swedish and deep tissue massage)
Clear communicators who can effectively identify each client's needs, set clear expectations, and stay connected to the client throughout the session to achieve the goals of each service.
Total body care champions who can recommend follow-up visits and additional services and products as needed to help clients pursue their wellness goals.
Great teammates who show up on time ready to jump in wherever needed to get the job done.
