We are looking for a PMO Manager. This position will be remote based in the US.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Leading and managing the Project Management Office team

  • Developing and maintaining robust and sustainable processes, and ensuring that they are followed

  • Ensuring that all project management scopes of work are reviewed and accurate estimates are provided in a timely manner

  • Ensuring project managers follow the defined processes such that projects are delivered on time and within budget

  • Training and developing the team

  • Delivering on Company goals while maintaining client relations that will grow future business

  • Managing direct reports

  • Reporting to internal and external stakeholders as required

  • Maintain master schedule and budget plans for all projects

  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget

  • Maintain close communication with project managers, engineering managers and field service managers

  • Develop/maintain procedures to ensure smooth handovers from Sales to PMO and from PMO to customers

You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years' experience in Program Management or Senior Project Management

  • 5+ years' experience managing direct reports

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant disciple or demonstrate equivalent combination of education, training and successful experience

  • Experience managing automation and software delivery based projects

  • Superb writing and verbal skills

  • Command of Microsoft Suite software products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Travel (25% - 50%)

  • Candidate must be US Citizen due to client location clearance requirements.

  • Demonstrate command of project management methods as well as effective leadership and delegation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification

  • Siemens product familiarity

  • SAP knowledge

  • Commercial experience

  • The pay range for this position is $98,980 - $169,680. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
