Duties include:
Work with Store Manager to develop and implement the Store's business plan, and all company programs and initiatives.
Implement operational activities including purchasing, receiving, inventory management, sales floor recovery, out-of-stock review and store organization and cleanliness.
Support all commercial and retail sales strategies and initiatives.
Assist with the selection and training of Store Associates, and perform supervisory duties of Store Manager in his/her absence.

Assistant Store Manager Qualifications:
Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent and 1 year of retail experience
Passion for customer service and problem-solving, with the ability to close a sale
Strong technical aptitude and a basic understanding of electronics with the ability to be trained in cell phone repair as well as program and cut keys
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and install automotive batteries
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
