Job Description

  • A willingness to challenge status quo, and ability to inspire groups (direct and indirect) to consider bold new possibilities and approaches

  • Human Centered Design experience and/or management consulting skillset

  • Ability to inspire optimism and action

  • Ability to simplify, prioritize and structure problems into manageable workplans

  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical ability, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

  • Strong organizational ability, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • A team-oriented, collaborative approach

  • The ideal candidate will enjoy working in an energetic, cross-functional and multi-disciplinary environment, and will have the ability to deliver and progress work both individually and as part of a team.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6 or more years of experience in a role supporting brand management or product management

  • 1 or more year of experience leading a team with multiple direct reports

  • MBA strongly preferred
