Job Description:
Provides group and individual educational services related to nutrition and wellness as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. The incumbent must perform all duties in a manner that contributes to meeting the mission and goals of Essentia Health. For Cost Center 11930 Integrative Health Please add the following to the job description: Must have a working knowledge of the Functional Medicine model of care. Work Experience: Experience providing counseling or other services to behavioral health patients.
Education Qualifications:
No educational requirements.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Registered or registry-eligible with the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association or Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS Credential).
East Market (additionally needs to add):Upon completion of 90 days of employment must be able to pass the competency test related to nutrition order writing privileges.Must be eligible to be licensed with the State of Minnesota Board of Dietetics and Nutrition Practice
