Senior Travel Consultant
Full-time home based in the US

In this role, you will be one of our entertainment clients' right hand and go-to assistant for all things travel and accommodations. You enjoy going above and beyond and exceeding expectations. With your VIP experience and positive attitude you will be able to deliver lasting results and complete satisfaction.
A snapshot of this opportunity
Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
Provide travel offers and general travel advice to travelers
Strong understanding of a client travel policy to guide and consistently provide consultation to the customer
Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules
Provide the customer with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs and penalties
Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
Support BCD Travel and client driven initiatives
Demonstrate excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
How you can set yourself apart
Extensive experience in the corporate travel management and entertainment industry
Advanced skills on travel industry systems GDS Sabre
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Able to work closing shift until 6:30pm ET , exercising discretion and judgment
