Description
SAIC is looking for a dynamic and skilled leader with Salesforce project management experience to work with us to oversee our projects developed on various Salesforce platforms for our NASA customer on one of our Enterprise IT contracts . In this role, you will be tasked with leading teams and interacting with NASA customers, including Product Owners, Project Managers, and various project stakeholders. You will take charge of costs, client relations, and final approval.
To ensure success as the Salesforce Program Lead, you should be knowledgeable about the various Salesforce solutions and be skilled at leveraging the talents of your development teams. A successful Salesforce Program Lead will be skilled in managing projects for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
Job Duties:
Managing team leads, teams of developers and consultants in developing Salesforce projects.
Analyzing briefs and project requests from clients.
Assessing risks, opportunities, deliverables, and threats for projects.
Developing goals, tasks, and plans of development for Salesforce projects.
Liaising with clients and management about timelines, costs, and project objectives.
Developing metrics for each project to determine paths to success.
Conducting regular project meetings with your development teams.
Ensuring that your teams produce work that adheres to Salesforce's best-design principles and NASA's Salesforce Center of Excellence governance, guidelines, and procedures.
Guiding and mentoring your team to achieve project outcomes.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management or professional services for Salesforce related projects.

Familiarity with Agile Development Methodology.

Experience with governance, strategic planning, and salesforce technical architectures.
