This role is focused on ad operations support for the rideshare inventory at T-Mobile Marketing Solutions. The person in this role will be an expert in digital out-of-home monetization, and video strategy to ensure best-in-class performance for our advertisers. This person will also collaborate with Ad Ops Managers to grow TMS's standing as an ad network and data provider in the market and will be expected to assist in the development of broader strategic efforts.
What you'll do in your role.
Help TMS rideshare team to deliver end-to-end direct/programmatic campaign and audience management from building the inventory to trafficking, troubleshoot technical issues, and billing by using Vistar, Place Exchange, Magenta Audience Network, and any extended platforms/exchanges that are brought on board
Understand media plan objectives, translate plans into campaign setup structures that satisfy client-mandated taxonomies, and facilitate required reporting and dashboard outputs
Analyze the product change, and action-oriented metric reviews with internal stakeholders
Identify opportunities to streamline the implementation process and participate in a variety of testing to find solutions
The experience you'll bring.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
At least 1 year of relevant experience in digital media industry, advertising operations, and programmatic platforms
Proven ability to lead the inventory management and technical troubleshooting
Familiar with the DOOH advertising technology platforms and data management platforms (Vistar, Place Exchange, Hivestack, etc.)
Familiarity with leading SSPs/DSPs (SSPs: Index Exchange, Magnite, Pubmatic, SpotX, OpenX, etc DSPs: Display & Video 360, Mediamath, TTD, etc)
Capable of analyzing results and providing strategic and organized plan to drive business growth
Must be an effective communicator to facilitate TMS goals in an internal/external environment
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment, experienced working with cross-functional teams
Detailed knowledge of the advertising industry as well as opinions and projections for its future
Certification(s) in Google Ad Manager Google suite (GAM, Ad Sense, AdX), supply platforms, MediaMath, DV360, TTD, AAP, preferred
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
High School Diploma or GED
