As the Program Manager, you'll be the dynamic force that binds all facets of our most critical projects. Picture yourself as the cornerstone upon which the success of our government contracts is built. You'll need a blend of strategic vision and practical execution capabilities. You'll also need will need extensive experience in program management, particularly within a government or defense context, and demonstrate a proven track record of managing large-scale projects and teams.
The Program Manager will:
Oversee the entire scope of the contract and be the central liaison for communication with government officials on technical and project-specific matters
Task staff and program activities, while crafting strategic procedures, orchestrating project deliverables, and ensuring seamless technical and administrative operation throughout the lifecycle of the program
Vigilantly monitor project milestones and outcomes, ensuring timely updates and comprehensive progress reports
Handle strategic procurement and management of program assets while meticulously handling the fiscal and administrative components in compliance with contractual stipulations
Qualifications
Required Experience:
Must possess a minimum of ten (10) years' worth of experience in program management & a Master's degree in a technical field.
Must have five (5) years of experience leading complex IT systems initiatives. This can include operations and maintenance, sustainment, and modernization of networks and systems.
Must have hands-on involvement in both the creation and the ongoing enhancement of instructional program materials.
