Description
Dent Wizard is looking for an Claims Data Entry Specialist capable of coordinating customer claims utilizing several software systems. This is an Entry Level position.
Job duties:
Monitoring of inbound claims and communication with field partners as well as internal teammates.
Data input and support of Regional Claim Representatives as needed.
Self-motivated, multi-tasker, analytical thinking, organized, able to prioritize work, resourceful, possesses clear verbal and written professional communication skills and has the ability to problem solve and make decisions independently.
Responsibilities
Assign, monitor and follow up on open claims with field partners
Data Entry to comply with customer requirements
Use Microsoft Excel and Smart Sheets to process and create reports
Assist Regional Claims Representatives
Other duties as assigned by manager as needs arise
Maintain a high level of customer service
Attention to detail and accuracy are a must
Qualifications
This is an entry level position.
Previous claims experience preferred
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel
Accurate keyboarding skills and ability to enter and analyze data
