Education Qualifications:
In this role you will be responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
You will delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions.
You will contribute to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.
This position requires a high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, co-workers and others.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Required:
Two years' acute care experience in Cardiac Care, Neurology, Neurosurgery or Trauma. Experience must be within the last 5 years.
Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.- BLS certification within one month.- ACLS certification within one year.- PALS certification within one year.- ENPC certification within two years.-TNCC certification within two years.
