What You'll Get to Do:

CACI is looking for an experienced Project Integrator/Travel Coordinator to arrange airfare for the teams travel and complete all appropriate customer coordination documents prior to each trip. The perspective candidate will be involved in scheduling meetings and pre-deployment readiness meetings.

More About the Role:

  • Candidate will work closely with Project Managers to support world-wide travel planning, reservations, and itinerary development.

  • Reconcile travel changes by working closely with contract approved travel office in acquiring receipts of previously contracted flights and manage carrier travel credits for each traveler.

  • Provide timely and accurate Electronic Country Clearance submission and approvals for travelers through client travel system.

  • Reconcile the travel billing and create monthly cost-savings reports for the PMO to present to the client to demonstrate cost-savings.

  • Provide back-up or primary support as required in the draft, review, and submission for travel cables as required that are sent to post in advance of travel dates.

  • Assist in identifying known and unknown risks and dependencies related to travel and current events in international locations that may negatively impact the successful travel.

  • This candidate would also work within the division on other activities to help build business pipelines and other programs, as needed.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Poly

  • Proven track record of effective travel coordination delivery

  • Experience with customer support in the routine and emergency service support travel requirements.

  • Detailed oriented skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Patience and understanding with a strong business acumen

  • Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel

Candidate must have one of the following:

  • 6 Years of job related experience and High School/GED diploma

  • 4.5 Years of job related experience and Associates degree

  • 3 Years of job related experience and Bachelor's degree

  • 1 Years of job related experience and Master's degree

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$71,500 - $150,200
