What you will do - Essential Responsibilities
. Receive, review, and process requests from customers regarding their accounts
. Annotate customer accounts accurately and efficiently within company systems; use said systems to perform research
. Work to resolve customer questions/concerns via inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication; apply a sense of urgency and diligence when following up with other departments, external vendors, and third parties on issues as needed
. Perform all of the above timely and accurately in compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines

Qualifications and requirements
. High school diploma or GED; 6 months related administrative experience (preferred)
. Ability to prioritize work and multi-task to meet multiple deadlines
. Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making ability
. Strong attention to detail
. Basic computer, math, and communication skills
