Apple is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Individual with strong analytic abilities to support Worldwide Retail Store & Online Operations. The individual will focus on process improvement and central planning activities and will be responsible for presenting their analysis to Senior/Executive management. World-class Operational excellence is a cornerstone of Apple's success, and the Retail Fulfillment Operations (RFO) organization plays a critical role in ensuring operational and financial success for Apple. Manage a wide variety of projects and cross-functional deliverables including Global Capital request process. Partner with RFO Planning teams to enhance our systems for planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities. Manage requests and drive regional alignment across three regions, understanding how and when to engage key stakeholders. Establish project plan and milestones and ensure all project tracks are on schedule. Ensure ideas and business requirements stay focused on our vision and act as a key liaison between multiple cross-functional groups. Resolve project roadblocks in a friendly and courteous manner.
Description
Partner with BPR, regional store planning and WW Supply/Demand Planning to ensure key Capital management programs are successful. Drive process standardization across various LOB's and regions through insightful analysis and partnership. Coordinate cross regional process improvement requirements and partner with BI/BPR to track them to completion. Own approval process for Capital and non-Capital improvement requests from the RFO team, including presenting recommended solutions to executive steering committee. Be curious and be tenacious in finding opportunities to improve the planning process. Prior Experience in product planning, demand forecast, inventory management, or supply chain management is essential. Be able to multi-task and prioritize ongoing responsibilities with business-critical product launches and escalations Skilled at socializing ideas across all levels of an organization and turning them into robust action plans for delivery. Experience with supply chain management systems including forecasting, planning, solvers, and replenishment. High proficiency in Excel, Keynote and have aptitude to learn technical applications quickly (Tableau, Adhoc, SIF, JST, web-based tools)
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 - 10 years Operations
- Prior experience in product planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, or supply chain management is required.
- Ability to work diplomatically with a variety of personalities and work cultures.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Superb organizational skills and a proven track record of managing projects in a transparent and well documented manner will be key to success.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $125,400 and $188,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
