Job Description:
Under general direction, assists in the implementation, development and administration of Essentia Health's talent acquisition strategy. Responsible for sourcing, attracting, recruiting, and screening qualified applicants. Conducts exit interviews for candidates declining offers and provides feedback to unsuccessful candidates. May evaluate candidates and consult leaders on candidate selection. Builds relationships with organizational leadership to ensure successful implementation of the talent acquisition strategy aligns with department and organizational staffing goals. In partnership with marketing, assists in creating a marketing approach for identified positions or departments to resolve staffing challenges, including representing the organization at nursing career fairs. Frequently leads projects or project teams while representing the talent acquisition department. Provides support to others in the department by occasionally delegating tasks, reviewing work, solving complex problems, and providing expertise or coaching. Serves as an expert on the entire talent acquisition process, including advising on staffing policies and procedures, developing an ongoing pool of qualified candidates, posting and applicant screening or interviewing, documentation and post-hiring activities, and establishing working relationships with internal and external contacts. Work Experience: Five years experience in Human Resources or related field required.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required with a preference in human resources, business management, or related field.
Ideal candidate would have Corporate recruiter experience within Healthcare
Workday Experience is a PLUS
